Shipping
All of our jewelry is custom made and shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the day of purchase for the item to be shipped, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Shipping time can take up to 7 business days for orders in North America, and up to 14 business days for international orders.
Shipping time and rates
Canada & US: Standard - up to 14 business days - $3.95
Canada & US: Express - 1-3 business days - $14
Europe: 3-12 business days - $20 Flat rate
International: 3-14 business days - $25 Flat rate
*We cover up $25 shipping in North America, for rural locations additional charges may apply
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received your piece.
**Please note this policy does not apply to engraved items**
Items Eligible for Exchange or Return:
- Unworn items in original condition
- Items purchased within the last 14 days
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return:
- Engraved items
- Lost or missing items
- Abused or damaged items
- Items purchased over 14 days ago
If you would like to return your item, please email us first at contact@sherrypipano.com, this must be done within 14 days from the day of receiving your item(s).
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging and unworn.
- Please make sure to include the receipt of your purchase for reference.
- Package must be secured and shipped back to us using a trackable method (UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex...)
The refund will be issued within 3 business days after receiving your package.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Sherry Pipano is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
Exchanges
In the case of a defective item or sizing issues, please contact us via email at contact@sherrypipano.com.
Identify the issue and follow the same instructions as mentioned above in the return section.
After receiving your package we'll examine the issue and if the damage or incorrect sizing is our responsibility, we'll send you a new or fixed item(s) as soon as possible with no extra charge and a refund for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
In the case of ordering the wrong size on your end, you can send the item(s) back to us and we’ll fix it for you, please note that in this scenario you will have to pay shipping, the first cost of re-sizing is on us!
As an alternative, you can try your local jewelry repair store to resize, but your item(s) will no longer be under any warranty provided by us.
Please Note: Any shipping costs involved in returns or exchanges will not be covered or reimbursed.
Original expedited or international shipping will not be refunded.
Import Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within Canada GST/HST fee will be charged accordingly.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs might charge an import fee, according to your country customs law.
