Our Policies

Warranty
All purchases include a 3 month warranty. If your piece breaks or a stone falls out within the time of warranty, we’ll gladly repair it for you. Please email us at contact@sherrypipano.com with the order # or the email address and name associated with the order, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

The warranty does not cover damaged or abused items (for example, pulled chains), and does not include replacement of lost items.
Ordered wrong size
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, no problem! Within the first 30 days, your first re-sizing is on us!

Please note this does not include shipping or additional length charges.

To ship your item back to us, simply email us at contact@sherrypipano.com with the order # or the email address and name associated with the order. We will send you a shipping label and once the piece is ready we'll send you an invoice for the shipping fee.
*We charge flat rate of $12 each way for North America, and $25 each way for international
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it.

*Please note there are no returns for engraved items or name necklaces
*If the original packaging is missing, an extra charge will be applied

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • Items received within 14 days

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Engraved items
  • Name necklaces
  • Lost or missing items
  • Abused or damaged items
  • Items received over 14 days ago
Email us at contact@sherrypipano.com for the exact instructions on returning your item back to us. Additional shipping fees may apply when not following return shipping guidelines.

Please note there will be a 15% handling fee for all returns, as our pieces are custom made.

Once your item is received it can take 1-3 business days for our team to process your returns. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation with the refund amount.
Exchanges
If you're not happy with your order and would like to exchange it for a different piece, no problem! We accept exchanges within the first 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping fee and/or additional charges for price differences will apply.

Shipping
All of our jewelry is custom made and shipped from Toronto, Canada. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day of purchase for the item to be shipped, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Shipping time and rates - After production
North America: 2-6 business days - Free
Europe: 3-12 business days - $20 Flat rate
International: 3-14 business days - $25 Flat rate

Import Duties & Taxes - For orders shipped within Canada GST/HST fee will be charged accordingly. For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs might charge an import fee and taxes, according to your country customs law. We will not cover import fees
