Our 5mm letters are a fan favorite! Perfectly sized for a delicate yet noticeable look.
It’s all about purity! 10K gold contains 41.7% pure gold, making it more durable and budget-friendly. 14K gold has 58.3% pure gold, giving it a richer color and higher value. 10K gold has a slightly lighter hue, while 14K gold has that classic, warm glow.
It depends on your style and budget! Silver is more affordable but needs occasional polishing to prevent tarnish. White gold is more durable and has a luxurious, timeless shine. If you’re looking for longevity and elegance, go for white gold. If you prefer a chic and budget-friendly option, silver is a great pick!
Yes, because of the natural movement of the necklace, the letters may flip from time to time. However, we design them to be as visible as possible so they always look their best!
Yes, silver can oxidize over time when exposed to air and moisture, which can cause tarnishing. We provide you with an anti-tarnish strip, place that strip in a sealed ziplock bag with your necklace when it's being stored. Ideally, silver looks best when you wear it all the time, it mostly oxidizes when it's left untouched. Regular cleaning and proper storage will help maintain its shine and keep it looking brand new!
Silver can sometimes oxidize when not stored in a sealed pouch or plastic bag.
Here's the best trick to make your silver jewelry shine again.
1. Take a Tupperware container
2. Place aluminum foil inside
3. Pour baking soda inside, enough to cover the necklace
4. Add boiling water
5. Move it around with a metal spoon, the reaction will take place and you'll see it should go back to its original state.
6. You can use a 100% cotton cloth or t-shirt to help polish it.
Ordering Questions
Before checkout, leave a note in your order specifying the extra letters and their placement. If possible, sketch it out and email us a photo at contact@sherrypipano.com. After your purchase, we’ll confirm everything with you before making your custom piece.
Our production time is up to 14 business days, depending on our order queue. Shipping can take 1-6 business days, depending on your location.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders to CANADA and USA.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Absolutely! If you’d like to see a mock-up before we engrave your piece, just mention this in the notes section in the checkout page when placing your order.

For our Canadian customers, please follow the instructions below to add a letter to your existing piece:
- Please mail it back in its original packaging. The item must be secure to avoid tangling. If the original package is not available, place your necklace in a zip-lock bag with the clasp sealed outside of the bag. Chains that arrive tangled will be charged an additional $15 fee.
- Place it in a sealed envelope (max 10 x 11 inches) and include the name on your original order and/or your original order number. If this information is not accessible, please email us at contact@sherrypipano.com.
- Please drop it off at your nearest post office. The item must include insurance and tracking, as we’re not responsible for any lost items.
We’ll update you via email once it has been received and when it will be ready to be shipped back to you. Adding a letter can take up to 14 business days.
The invoice for adding a letter will be sent to you via email.
Pricing:
The cost varies depending on the type of metal and size of letter. These are the starting prices for our 5mm letters:
- Silver: $70 + tax (includes free shipping US and Canada)
- 10K Gold: $100 + tax (includes free shipping to US and Canada)
- 14K Gold: $125 + tax (includes free shipping US and Canada)
- Diamond Initial: $195 + tax (includes free shipping US and Canada)

Warranty & Repair
All purchases include a 6 month warranty. If your piece breaks or a stone falls out within the time of warranty, we’ll gladly repair it for you. Please email us at contact@sherrypipano.com with the order # or the email address and name associated with the order.
Please note, the warranty does not cover damaged or abused items (for example, pulled chains), and does not include replacement of lost items.
Yes! While our warranty doesn’t cover pulled chains, we offer repairs for $35 + the cost of shipping. If a letter needs to be replaced, we’ll notify you. To start your repair, email a clear photo of your entire necklace or bracelet, your full name, and your original order number to contact@sherrypipano.com, and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.
If your piece is covered under warranty, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us.
If you're piece is not under warranty, please follow the instructions:

For our Canadian customers, please follow these instructions:

Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it.
*Please note there are no returns for engraved items or name necklaces

How to start a return:
For our US customers:
Please email us with your order number at contact@sherrypipano.com to receive a pre-paid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For our Canadian customers, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please mail it back in its original packaging. Item must be secure to avoid tangling. If the original package is not available or arrives damaged or dirty, you will be charged a $15 fee. All chains that arrive tangled will be charged $15 to have it untangled.
2. Place it in a sealed envelope (max 10 x 11 inches) + include your order number.
3. Please drop it off at your nearest post office. Item must include insurance and tracking as we're not responsible for any lost items.
We'll update you via email once it has been received, it can take up to 4 business days to process a return.
