All purchases include a 3 month warranty. If your piece breaks or a stone falls out within the time of warranty, we’ll gladly repair it for you. *The warranty does not cover damaged or abused items (for example, pulled chains), and does not include replacement of lost items.*
Ordered wrong size
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, no problem! Within the first 30 days, your first re-sizing is on us! Please note this does not include shipping or additional length charges.
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. *Please note there are no returns for engraved items or name necklaces, lost or damaged items*
If you're not happy with your order and would like to exchange it for a different piece, no problem! We accept exchanges within the first 14 days of receiving the order. *Shipping fee and/or additional charges for price differences will apply.*
