Our gold-filled has a layer of 14k solid gold that is bonded to the brass metal (a total of 5% gold in weight). Unlike gold-plated jewelry, gold-filled jewelry preserves its gold content's value over time.

Our designs are delicate and need to be taken care of. The best way is to remove your jewelry while doing any sports activity and before bed.

All purchases include a 6 month warranty. If your piece breaks or a stone falls out within the time of warranty, we’ll gladly repair it for you. *The warranty does not cover damaged or abused items (for example, pulled chains), and does not include replacement of lost items.*

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, no problem! Within the first 30 days, your first re-sizing is on us! Please note this does not include shipping or additional length charges.
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. *Please note there are no returns for engraved items or name necklaces, lost or damaged items*
